Policy Overview

At Parikrama, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business partners while ensuring we can continue to provide exceptional Package experiences.

Important: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to parikrama05@gmail.com or through our official booking platform. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

30 Days or More Before Departure

Refund: 100% of the total amount.

Any non-recoverable third‑party fees (e.g., government permits, airline/hotel policies, or payment gateway charges) may be deducted if already incurred.

20–30 Days Before Departure

Refund: 75% of the total amount.

Advance vendor commitments may result in proportional deductions where costs have already been paid.

10–20 Days Before Departure

Refund: 50% of the total amount.

Major on-ground arrangements are typically finalized in this period; refunds reflect committed costs.

Within 10 Days of Departure

Refund: No refund will be provided.

All operational logistics are locked; reallocating resources is not feasible at this stage.

Note: The cancellation timeline is calculated from the scheduled departure date (not the booking date). All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from written confirmation of cancellation.

No-Show Policy

Important Notice

If you fail to show up for your Package without prior cancellation notice, it will be considered a "No-Show" and you will forfeit 100% of the Package cost.

• Must inform us at least 24 hours before Package start
• Late arrivals may result in Package exclusion
• Emergency situations will be considered case-by-case

Additional Terms

Minimum Booking Requirement: If the minimum group size is not met, Parikrama will offer to postpone the Package to the next available date or issue a full refund of the amount paid—at your discretion.
Company-led Cancellations: In the unlikely event Parikrama cancels any Package for operational or safety reasons, participants will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit toward any future departure.

Important Terms & Conditions

Group Bookings: For groups of 6+ people, special cancellation terms may apply. Contact us for details.
Peak Season: During peak trekking seasons, stricter cancellation policies may apply due to high demand.
Third-party Services: Some services (permits, flights, hotels) may have their own cancellation policies.
Force Majeure: Parikrama is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political situations, etc.).
Partial Refunds: No partial refunds for unused services during the Package (accommodation, meals, activities).
